The job in brief: to be discussed👨🍳
Establishment: open 7 days a week, continuous service from 10am to 8pm and even until midnight, in a sunny and very well-ventilated kitchen
Start-up: 15 days before the scheduled opening mid-May 2025
Duration: Fixed-term full-time contract (initially, then permanent)
Salary: based on experience, quarterly bonuses based on objectives,
Days / hours: Tuesday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm

Team: at least one person in charge of production (assembling sweet and savory platters, reheating pizza). The team will be reinforced during peak hours and in the evening depending on the success of its cuisine, in which you will play a role 😊

A 650 m2 Social Event Restaurant & Party Bar, right in the center of Brussels, opposite the Bozar and a stone's throw from the Central Station.
Share & Fun aims to become Brussels’ place to M'eat, Drink & Play with events in an atmosphere of sharing and varied experiences. It will be the ideal spot to meet up with friends or colleagues, whether it's for a friendly lunch, a gourmet afterwork, or a lively and musical game night. 🍹🎶
Our immersive Resto-Bar space of 180m² with a ceiling height of 6m will be equipped with large screens, a mini stage for DJs for a festive atmosphere! And that's not all! 1m lower, over an area of 400m², a wide range of fun activities will be offered:
- 🎤 Two dedicated rooms: with a choice of Karaoke, Blind Test, and Quiz Games
- ⛳ Minigolf, Shuffleboards, and interactive darts
- 💡 Pixel Games Room (interactive light panels)
- 🌌 Immersive corridor for a unique sensory experience
- 🕹️ 5 arcade games: shooting video games, mini bowling, Pac-Man, punching bag, and basketball

At Share & Fun, we believe that the best moments are shared over a good meal and a drink with friends. Our "Fast-Good" concept reinvents fast food by focusing on quality and creativity. On the menu: tasty pizzas, generous platters (cold cuts, cheeses...) and finger food to enjoy without moderation!
We are looking for a passionate professional, ready to commit to the design, production, and management of a delicious offering for our customers, both on-site and for takeout or delivery (at a later stage).

Your responsibilities:
- Participate in the creation and development of the Share & Fun menu
- Ensure the preparation of dishes while guaranteeing quality and speed
- Select products (seasonal), manage purchases and inventory
- Manage the organization of work and workflow in the kitchen and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards, while respecting a sustainable approach
- Work as a team to provide a unique and delicious customer experience
- Contribute to the development of the takeout service and delivery
- Participate in digital marketing and profitability management
Your profile 🎯
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in operational kitchen, ideally with management
- Languages: A good level of English is an advantage
- Qualities: Creative, meticulous, organized, efficient, able to work under pressure with a smile 😊, team spirit, and passionate about gastronomy
- Commitment: Caring towards the team, and mindful of the environment
